Please contact swag@tanium.com to request a return or refund. Tanium’s return policy is: 

a) For returns of regular store items, the Tanium Swag Operations Team will review return options with you. All claims must be made within thirty days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. 
b) Made-to-order and sale or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective. 
 
All claims must be made within thirty (30) days from receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice and/or packing slip.
